Questo live comprende le registrazioni che la Albion ha effettuato alla BBC tra il 1977 e il 1982; il cd testimonia quindi delle prime due fasi della storia del gruppo, due periodi che hanno visto numerosi avvicendamenti tra i componenti della band. I brani degli anni 70 sono ancor oggi apprezzabilissimi, alcuni sono di stampo rinascimentale (estampie, bourrée) ed hanno arrangiamenti raffinati. Nei brani più recenti spicca invece la voce di Kathy Lesurf. Il cd contiene una presentazione di Ashley Hutchings, scritta nel Giugno del 1993, ma è alquanto lacunoso in quanto ad informazioni: in copertina troviamo una foto B/N di cui non si sa l'origine.
