Il secondo Guv'nor si presenta con una foto di Hutchings bambino alla guida di una jeep; l'idea è concepita dal solito Malcolm Holmes e realizzata graficamente da Shane O'Neill. Il booklet, che è corredato da rare fotografie B/N, contiene anche una completa discografia di Ashley. Tra i brani spiccano per intensità quelli della Albion Band con Cathy Lesurf, "The rose and the rock" in particolar modo.
