La compilation raccoglie pezzi del periodo HTD, cioè dal 1993 al 2000. E' il periodo che si apre con lo splendido album "Acousticity". Gli ultimi tre brani sono live, tra essi spicca "Ridgeriders medley": tra pezzi tratti dal primoalbum "Ridgeriders" ed eseguiti dal vivo a Canterbury nel Marzo 2000.Disastrosa la grafica di copertina, il booklet contiene tre foto B/N del periodo in cui la Albion ha registrato per la HTD.
