Al Central Club di Peacehaven gli Young Tradition incontrano quella che è stata una delle principali sorgenti di ispirazione: la Copper family. La fotografia di copertina, opera di Brian Shuel, è la testimonianza di questo incontro. Il disco è una compilation che raccoglie brani dei primi tre LP del gruppo e dell'unico EP:  ‘Young Tradition’ (TRA 142), ‘So Cheerfully Round’ (TRA 155), ‘Galleries (TRA 172), e  ‘Chicken on a Raft’ (TRA EP 164).
