Come recita anche il titolo, l'ascolto di questo doppio cd è davvero un "incontro al limite". La rimasterizzazione digitale effettuata negli studi Polygram fornisce ai brani un'atmosfera ineguagliabile. Non mancano scelte non convenzionali nella scelta dei materiali. Anche la confezione, nel cui booklet c'è una approfondita presentazione di Patrick Humphries, è coerente e gradevole; la foto di copertina si lega inoltre al titolo del cd nato da un'ispirazione di Simon Nicol e Dave Pegg in occasione del funerale di Anthea Joseph, collaboratore dei Fairport morto nel 1997 (nella foto di copertina, Anthea si trova tra Martin Lamble e Sandy Denny).
