Questo CD raccoglie vari live di trasmissioni BBC e registrazioni casalinghe. Particolari le prime due composizioni tratte da "Cellarful of Folk", un disco prodotto proprio dalla BBC. Spiccano inoltre una splendida versione di "Geordie" e una ispiratissima esecuzione d "It Suits Me Well" per voce e pianoforte. Bella nel complesso la cura grafica del CD, che contiene all'interno una foto B/N in cui Sandy canta insieme agli Strawbs nel 1967.
